Full Commercial Bathroom Refurbishment Orchard House
We had already completed thirteen wet room refurbishments on a previous site, and the client had contacted us again to complete a full bathroom refurbishment on one of the other sites.
Our work was as follows:
Disconnect make safe and strip out the existing shower room, wall tiling, and vinyl floor.
Once all the first-fix plumbing and electrical works were complete we then went on to fit all the hygienic wall cladding which was thermoformed to all internal and external corners and then welded at the joints for maximum hygiene and easy cleaning.
The next step was to fit the poly safe none slip vinyl floor including a cap and cove vinyl skirting board and fit the new shower tray, shower door toilet and wash hand basin.
A full builder clean was completed and the project was successfully signed off.
