Project: Full Residential Bathroom Refurbishment
We had been contacted by Mrs Khan to survey her existing bathroom and give here some ideas and produce a full design from start to completion. We met with the customer and went through different bathroom designs after some discussions we produced a full schedule of works and a complete supply and fit once we had agreed the design and the cost the client booked us in and we got started on here bathroom refurbishment.
Our work was as follows:
Disconnect make safe and strip out the existing bath, toilet, sink, wall tiling, and vinyl floor.
Once all the first-fix plumbing and electrical works were complete we then tiled the wall full height with marble porcelain tiles then we fitted the new shower tray fixed shower door, shower, sink unit, toilet, and new wood effect vinyl floor.
All spots light and new ventilation was complete along with a couple of coats of bathroom ceiling paint.
A full builder clean was completed and the project was successfully signed off.
