Comprehensive Building and Refurbishment Project, Including Health and Safety Compliance, for a Care Home
After being included in Four Seasons Health Care approved list we met with the Director of Estates at one of their local care home’s Holbeche to complete a survey for a tender we had been issued with.
Once all CDM Health & safety paperwork had been put into place we then set up site. Our contract consisted of external building works: rebuilding boundary walls fitting of capping stones, rebuilding of the staircase, taking off existing ridge tiles and replacing with new, completion of tarmac around the perimeter of the building, supply and fit of wrought iron fencing.
Internally we completed various refurbishment of the treatment room, the new bathroom including polysafe none slip vinyl floors, white rock hygienic wall cladding new Doc M pack toilet systems and sinks, the supply and fit of 19 bespoke vanity units including semi inset sinks and taps to resident’s rooms, not to forget a new fire rated door, plastering, painting wall and kitchen base units.
